The Phoenix Hotel Zermatt

Non-smoking, bright room and outstanding staff, strong wi-fi. The staff did all they can for a relaxing stay. Magnificent view of alpine. Early check-in, late check-out. You could walk to supermarket and main shopping street. Restaurant was modest with attentive service and fabulous food.

I really enjoyed the alpine ambiance of the hotel, the handy location and brilliant staff. Beds were spacious and overall the room was elegant & compact. They made my stay excellent! Plenty of food for breakfast, food was appetising. There were supermarkets and a shopping street around the property.

The whole experience was lovely. I loved staying in an Alpine building. Beautiful view, a nice balcony, large bed, too. Walking distance to a supermarket and shopping streets across the street. I found good Restaurant Veranda restaurant an easy walk to the hotel. I had the brunch there. Comfortable modern place with welcoming service too.

The bathroom was cold.

We had a FUN stay at this fairly basic hotel. Generous breakfast, great bed, polite staff. The room was modest and modest and the bathroom was big. There was a popular restaurant, a supermarket and shopping streets next door. A train station was walking distance to place.

relaxing base for a 2-night stay. the bed was comfortable, the amenities included central heating, a private safe and a coffee maker.

Adjacent to the downtown, 10 minutes on foot.
